Narendra Polychem offers Cast PVC Shrink Film produced at its new modernized production set-up with capacity of 400MT per month. We are currently providing commercial supplies in different variants from 35 – 55 Micron with shrinkage ranging from 58% – 64%. Presently, we meet major part of regular requirement in domestic markets; as well in the process of developing export markets for our PVC Shrink Films used by leading flexible packaging converters for producing / printing shrink labels & sleeves.
We aim to provide perfect shrinkage with uniform gauge, high impact strength and excellent clarity in our Shrink Film.
Pharmaceutical Film
We are actively functioning as Manufacturer of PVC Rigid Film for Pharmaceuticals all over India. We are engaged in bringing forth Rigid PVC Film with thickness ranging from 200 Micron to 600 Micron. Our PVC rigid films have superior thickness control, excellent impact strength and clarity, formability at lower temperatures. We have also developed 60mic Alu-Alu film that is used with aluminium foil and other substrates for cold forming or to pack tablets and capsules for pharmaceutical industry.
Thermoforming Film
We are one-stop-shop offering a wide range of high-quality calendared PVC rigid sheet films. Manufactured using best grade raw materials and a state of the art, high tech process, these sheets conform to international standards and are available in a variety of colours. We have a team of result-oriented professionals having immense experience in the field of PVC food grade films. Our PVC films have good mechanical properties, high clarity, good hot-melt fluidity and are non toxic.
